Rio Quente Resorts - Hotel Giardino

During my stay at Rio Quente Resorts - Hotel Giardino, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional dining experience. Both the dinner and breakfast offerings were nothing short of fantastic, featuring an extensive array of dishes, beverages, salads, fruits, and desserts. Our room provided remarkable comfort, and the staff members stood out with their enthusiastic and accommodating attitude. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and comfort. I want to extend a special commendation to Isabela, who was instrumental in assisting us and even facilitating a late checkout. Her outstanding support truly warrants recognition and consideration for a raise. 😁😄

An experience of bathing, relaxing with structure by day and night.

The room layout was good. We did not use the pool area.

The rooms were very spacious

The location is very good, very natural but the facilities are old and somewhat dirty. The ceiling on top of the main entrance is covered in spider web, the window in bedroom open to allow fresh air in. It’s glued with silicone 😳. the toilet coming off, making uncomfortable to sit on, the toilet cover if the worst you can find out there, the mattress hasn’t been replaced in decades, the shower when you open it, it is like taking a bath with a garden hose, some of the staff at the counter are not very friendly and somewhat rude. No pictures of the food, so we know what to expect. It’s always a surprise. Everything over priced and I hope in the next trip some of this problems will be addressed!
